Kirk Frost's Paternity Case Gets Thrown Out
Spoiler Alert! In the new season of Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta which will air next year, the drama with Kirk Frost and Jasmine Washington will continue.Last year, we learned that Jasmine's son might be the son of Kirk. Kirk has yet to do a paternity test. Early this year, Jasmine filed a lawsuit against Kirk submitting him to a paternity test and pay child support. Now The Shade Room is reporting that her and her attorney have unsuccessfully able to locate to have him served.
"The case has been stalled for quite some time which is why Georgia family court Judge Debra Turner reportedly decided to throw out the case. According to @Bossip, Washington nor her attorney have been able to locate Frost to have him served! They planned to get a warrant in order to force him to accept the court documents as they believe that he is Kannon’s father."
